We are looking for a full-timeposition as of now:Product Designer (all genders)Your responsibilites:You gather user insights through research and testing, refining designs based on feedbackWireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications are part of what you craft with attention to detailIn cross-functional teams, you help define product requirements and specificationsYou advocate for user-centered design principles and present design concepts and rationale to stakeholdersBy maintaining design systems, you ensure consistency and stay current with trendsYour profile:You have several years of experience in product design, including managing a complex product portfolio in a fast-paced, innovative company (start-up, scale-up, or tech-driven environment)Experience in the EV charging sector is a strong plusYou’re comfortable with agile product management frameworks, user research methods, and prioritization techniques, and you’re skilled in tools like Atlassian Suite, Figma, and Adobe Creative SuiteYou communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and bring leadership with a solution-focused mindsetYou're fluent in English, comfortable in German, and bonus points for any other European languagesWhat do we offer?Shopping Cardwith 50 € per monthFlexibleworking hoursHybridworkingDo you want to drive things forward?
