You’ll join a collaborative, fast-moving, and light-hearted team focused on creating great experiences that make a measurable difference.Job responsibilities: Join an Anduin squad and own the end-to-end design process for one of our core products, from ideation to implementation and iterationCollaborate closely with the product team to gather insights, define requirements, and align on product strategy and roadmapConduct user research, analyze data, and leverage findings to inform design decisions and improve the user experienceCreate high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design solutionsPresent and justify design decisions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate based on inputEnsure design consistency and cohesion by contributing to and leveraging Anduin's design system on FigmaMentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering growth and skill development within the teamProactively identify areas for improvement in existing products and processes, and drive initiatives to address themCollaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of designs and smooth handoff of assets and specificationsJob qualifications: Must-have: Passion for crafting intuitive and impactful user experiencesExperience designing and shipping successful products/featuresPortfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work on medium to complex projectsDeep understanding of user-centered design principles and practicesExpert proficiency in Figma and creating well-organized designs and flowsExperience creating, leveraging and maintaining design systemsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to clearly articulate design rationaleSelf-driven and proactive, with strong ownership and ability to autonomously drive design process while collaborating cross-functionallyGrowth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learningNice-to-have:Experience designing products in B2B SaaS, venture finance, and/or private equity domainsExperience working in fast-paced, agile startup environmentsExperience in mentoring and/or managementRelevant certifications or advanced degrees in design or related fieldsWhat we need from you: Your CV/resume (to learn more about your experience and background)A portfolio showcasing your strongest product design work, with at least 1 detailed case study walking through your process from problem definition to final designsIn your portfolio, please highlight specific projects where you owned the end-to-end design process on medium to complex products or features
