Today, we’re a team of 240+ Game Changers across Europe and the US, with 120 of us based at our HQ in Oslo.Product DesignerWe’re looking for a Product Designer with a strong game design mindset and a clear sense of quality. Someone who understands what makes experiences engaging, and who cares deeply about how training and learning actually feel.You’ll shape game-based learning experiences end to end; working hands-on with visual design, interaction, timing, and feedback. Your goal is to make learning genuinely engaging and rewarding; not just usable.You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and developers to turn ideas into concrete, playable experiences, and you’ll be trusted to explore, prototype, and invent new concepts when needed.What you'll doDesign engaging game-based learning experiences with a strong focus on interaction, feedback, and progressionShape how choices, consequences, and rewards are experienced by the userWork hands-on with visual design and interaction design to bring ideas to lifeCollaborate closely with product managers and developers in small, cross-functional teamsPrototype, test, iterate, and refine concepts; often without perfect informationWho you areYou’ll often work without perfect information.
