We help companies like Heineken, Bynder and Karl Lagerfeld measure, manage and improve their sustainability disclosures, simplifying complex regulations to enable real impact.Founded in 2022 and backed by a remarkable group of early-stage investors, we’re a fast-growing company of 20 ambitious engineers, designers, researchers and commercial talent based in Amsterdam.🧢 What you will doYou’ll report directly to our founders and own the product design process end-to-end: from strategy and concept to execution and iteration.Coolset is growing fast and we're looking for resourceful and hands-on Product designer who will report directly to our founders. You will be working on all aspects of the product – from design to coordinating product developments with our engineering team. As our product designer, you will strongly influence what we build, how we build it, and how we create an exceptional user experience for our customers. You will own and evolve the user experience from concept to launch, directly shaping how customers interact with our platform. We currently have six products across three modules that are all built on the same ‘Coolset Base’ infrastructure: Carbon management, ESG compliance, and Supply chain integrity.You will cover:Product strategy – Partner with our founders to shape and own the product vision, set priorities, and define requirements to create an exceptional customer experienceProduct design – Lead the design process end-to-end: sketch early concepts, build interactive prototypes in Figma Make/Lovable, and refine every detail to pixel-perfect quality before launchProduct execution – Turn strategy into beautiful, functional deliverables. Manage timelines, coordinate across teams, and ensure design intent is carried through to productionProduct feedback – Work with sales, marketing, CS, and user feedback loops to uncover insights and translate them into design improvements that delight our customersFinally, you’ll be expected to run sprint planning, manage the product backlog, and ensure we collectively ship high-quality products that meet our users’ expectations.
