You’re outcome-driven, allergic to endless wireframing, and happiest when you’re getting real feedback from real users.As our second design hire, you’ll co-own the full product experience from rough ideas to live prototypes with the team that’s redefining how tax professionals work. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, machine learning, and users to make the impossible feel obvious.Our product and engineering team is based in Stockholm.Here’s why this is a terrible jobIf you need complete clarity before you act, or a month of research before every decision, this will be chaos. We move fast—week to week, sometimes day to day. You’ll ship things that aren’t perfect. Sometimes you’ll be wrong. That’s okay; we learn fast, adjust, and move again.You’ll have to balance quality with speed. Spending days polishing a Figma flow while the team’s waiting on you won’t work here. This is not the place for lone wolves. Every win here is shared.
