We can’t wait to get to know you!You will be part of a small, collaborative product team and play a crucial role in building the next generation of grape’s products. As a Product Designer you will be working closely with the other Designers, Product Managers andĀ  Engineers, you will ensure our solutions are both functional and delightful. Your focus will be on user research and interaction design, with the goal of improving usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. You’ll also contribute to strengthening our Design System and evolving our visual language across the platform.What you will do:Product & Interface DesignDesign intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces for web-based productsCreate high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows in FigmaContribute to defining and improving our design principles, motion, and interaction patternsCollaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and feasible design implementationSupport feature discovery and concept exploration through wireframes, prototypes, and testingUser Research & Experience DesignPlan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather actionable insightsAnalyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points and opportunitiesTranslate research findings into clear design recommendations and user flowsCollaborate with Product Managers and Customer Success to ensure user feedback is integrated into design decisionsEstablish frameworks for measuring design impact and product usability over timeCross - Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Product Managers to align design solutions with business goals.Work hand-in-hand with engineers throughout the design handoff and implementation process.Participate in design reviews and contribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture.What you will need:5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design, ideally within B2B SaaS environmentsStrong experience conducting user research and usability testingAdvanced proficiency with FigmaSolid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principlesProven experience collaborating with engineers and product managers in agile product teamsExcellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistencyCuriosity for emerging technologies (e.g., AI) and their potential to enhance UXStrong communication skills in English & GermanĀ Experience or interest in UX writing to ensure clear, consistent, and human-centered product languagešŸ¤ What we offer in return:🌱 Empowering workplace: Join a passionate team and an empowering workplace where you are given the ownership, tools, and support to make decisions and take initiative.
