The successful candidate will focus on a range of customer experiences within digital platforms and products. • Wireframes and Prototypes: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, UX researchers, product owners, UI designers, business stakeholders) to align on design goals and implementation. • Usability Improvements: Continuously evaluate and enhance product usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. • Design Guidelines: Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across the product. • Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
