This role involves designing user-centric solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, innovative, and impactful user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UX principles and design tools, combined with the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for SaaS, CRM, and enterprise applications to meet business objectives and user needsCreate user journey flows, visuals, and UI assets to support the iterative design processExplore and prototype design hypotheses, testing divergent ideas and solutionsApply logical UX flow principles to create seamless, intuitive user experiences across all touchpointsBuild and maintain a consistent design language system across products and platformsCollaborate with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical requirementsPresent design work effectively, providing the rationale for decisions and addressing feedbackDocument design specifications to ensure clarity for product teams and technical implementationManage multiple design projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentConduct in-depth research and usability evaluations to identify areas for improvement and validate design choicesStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design solutionsSupport design reviews with prototypes and presentations to gain stakeholder alignmentRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in product design, specializing in SaaS, CRM, and enterprise applicationsStrong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX principles, user psychology, and design aestheticsAbility to conceptualize, visualize, and prototype innovative designs to test with users and stakeholdersGood understanding of logical UX flows and human behavior to create intuitive experiencesStrong design language skills, with the ability to create compelling, on-brand designsStay updated on emerging AI design trends (e.g., generative AI, personalization, conversational interfaces)Apply UX principles to AI outputs.
