Passionate about our purpose, we build with heart to create solutions that empower users, transform industries, and make a lasting impact, striving to make Raisin an industry leader.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist in leading the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designsConduct competitive analysis and understand user motivations to inform design solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into effective design solutions and work closely with engineering teams to ensure implementation qualityMeasure the effectiveness of design solutions through qualitative and quantitative methods and iterate based on feedbackEnhance user experience through refined interaction design and visual aestheticsContribute to the evolution of design processes within the teamParticipate in recruitment and key decision-making activities within the product design teamYour Profile3+ years of experience in product designSolid understanding of business and product metricsAbility to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback with a growth mindsetStrong systems thinking skills, able to contextualize problems within a broader ecosystemExcellent communication and facilitation skills, with a user-centric design approachProficiency in data-informed design, leveraging insights and data to enhance design qualitySkilled in various design tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality productsJoin our mission, join our team - and grow with us!At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
