Job Details:Job Title: Product Designer - Expert (Interaction Designer)Location: Montreal, QC (4-Days Hybrid Onsite)Duration: 12+ MonthsType: Full-Time, ContractDescription:Online banking and digital servicing capabilities that empower clients to be independent and confident by creating simplified self-service online banking products to fulfil their unique needs and positively impacting their experience.Key Responsibilities:Provide design solutions for complex, ambiguous problemsCollaborate and support agile team with day-to-day needsSupport product delivery through planning, assigning and executing.Promotes and advances design practice within the teamWhat capabilities makes the designer you’re replacing (or current designers on your team) successful?Experience with Interaction and Visual DesignProactive and able to navigate uncertaintyProblem solver with a growth mindsetCross functional collaboration (knowledge of effective collaborative techniques and methods)Future State of Success:Active collaboration with agile squad.Deep domain knowledge and active in decision making.Developed influence and collaboratively guiding projects with empathyQualifications:Must Haves:Design Thinking and ability to demonstrate processInteraction design with advance knowledge of current best practices for Responsive Web and MobileProduct Development best practices and working with cross functional agile teamsDecision Making and Critical thinkingEffective communication and interpersonal skillsNice to Haves:Proficient in Visual Design, Research or ContentProficient in French (Ideal but not a must have)Experience with Design SystemsSoft Skills:Must be proficient in English & French for both written and verbal communication (French Ideal but not a must have).“Mindlance is an equal-opportunity employer.
