You’ll have the opportunity to work from our offices in Amsterdam, Berlin or Prague with a hybrid work schedule.Your responsibilities will include:Build convenient interfaces for the Nebius consoleBe the accountable designer for your console services and featuresDo the research to build the best solutionsWork with user scenarios around business needs, technical restrictions and common sensePresent the solutions for the developers, product managers and other stakeholdersManage tasks from brainstorming hypotheses to reviewing the implementationWork and develop our design systemWe expect you to have:Ability to see products as a chain of scenarios rather than a set of static statesAbility to balance overuse and innovationFamiliarity with the design process: receiving the specs and hypotheses, verifying them, coming up with the design and prototype, building the visuals and collaborating with clients and developersAttention to detail and systematic organization of layouts in FigmaWork together with other designers to create the best solutions for our productPreferred qualifications:Strong ability to build adaptive interfacesAt least 5 years of work experience as a product designerStrong ability to communicate with clients and developers in EnglishAbility to work with complex prototypes in FigmaExperience with UX testing methodsExperience creating layouts for consoles or other high-load web applicationsAbility to speak with developers using HTML, CSS and JS terminologyWhat we offerCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.Flexible working arrangements.A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.We’re growing and expanding our products every day.
