Role Description We are seeking a Product Designer (Tangible and Digital Products) for a full-time hybrid role based in Lima, with opportunities for partial remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative and user-centered products, both digital and physical. Daily tasks will include conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, creating visual designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop products that meet user and business needs. Qualifications Strong skills in Visual Design and Product DesignProficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologiesExperience with UX Research and an ability to gather and analyze user feedback to create intuitive designsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environmentProven track record of designing user-oriented solutionsFamiliarity with digital tools and software relevant for product designA degree in Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related field is a plus
