At Raise, we are not just building a network; we are shaping the future of consumer-brand relationships.About the PositionAs a Product Designer at Raise, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape thoughtful, high-quality user experiences from early exploration to polished execution. You’ll be trusted to navigate complex problems with a mix of autonomy and collaboration, driving and communicating your own design decisions while staying tightly aligned with product goals, engineering constraints, and brand direction.We’re looking for a strong design practitioner: someone who sweats the details, cares deeply about interface quality, keeps decisions goal-oriented, communicates clearly, and thrives in the craft of building and refining digital products.This role is ideal for someone who prefers to roll up their sleeves, make meaningful progress, and improve real user experiences through grounded, practical decisions.Responsibilities:Own UI and UX design work from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project requirements. Be the driving force behind high-quality solutions that seamlessly integrate user and business needs with technical feasibility.Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across products while identifying gaps and proposing thoughtful improvements. Maintain a high standard of execution and organization in shared libraries and component architecture.Communication Excellence: Effectively articulate design concepts and their rationales, ensuring all stakeholders, including non-technical teams, understand the design intentions.Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies. Integrate innovative practices and tools into design workflows to keep our products competitive and cutting-edge.Skills & Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Figma. Nice to have: some experience with Adobe Suite and/or Blender.Strong grasp of usability heuristics, interaction patterns for web and mobile, accessibility fundamentals, and core behavioral psychology principles that shape user behavior.Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout systems, typography for interfaces, Gestalt principles, and iconography.Nice to have: experience with microinteractions, motion principles, and strong graphic design or composition fundamentals.Proven experience (5+ years) in a product design role, preferably in in-house design team or a creative agency.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across multiple mediums, with an emphasis on creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
