In this Product Designer role, you’ll help shape the future of the world’s leading family entertainment and storytelling company Hardlines portfolio – with a special focus on their much-loved Plush category. From first doodle to final sample, you’ll bring key characters to life for fans across EMEA.The RoleOwn the creative journey – support the full process from blue-sky concept through to production, ensuring every plush feels unmistakably magical.Shape design direction – guide licensees and DTR partners with 2D design, 3D development, and trend insight to drive best-in-class product.Tell stories through product – create pitches, mock-ups and visuals that capture the magic of our characters, working closely with the Senior Product Design & Development Manager.Stay ahead of trends – track design, fabric and pop-culture trends, join inspiration trips and bring back fresh ideas for the EMEA market.What you’ll bringProven experience in commercial product design/development, ideally in plush, softlines, toys or related consumer products (licensee, retailer or supplier background very welcome).Strong 3D design, illustration and sketching skills, with advanced Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and solid CAD/digital design capabilities.Hands-on experience creating models or prototypes, plus an understanding of manufacturing techniques, production methods and packaging processes.A sharp eye for fabric, colour, shape and stitching, and how they translate into magical, commercially viable products.Ready to help bring your magic from sketchbook to shelf?
