Product Designer

AtlasNXT, our flagship platform empowers organisations worldwide to make smart, resilient decisions in real time. For 20+ years we’ve supported industries from national security and logistics to media, NGOs, and healthcare. Now, we’re looking for a Product Designer to help us grow and scale further.We’re looking for a Product Designer who can craft intuitive, elegant, and functional experiences across our product AtlasNXT. You’ll sit at the intersection of user research, design systems, and product strategy working end to end from concept to pixel perfect delivery.Responsibilities Design and iterate on the entire user experience for both web and mobile users. Lead on design initiatives from 0 to 1 Strong understanding of interaction design, layout principles, hierarchy motion, and typography. Be a key contributor in defining user needs from a design perspective. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and end users to turn insights from the field into elegant, scalable design solutions. Contribute to the product's tone, texture, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across the surface area. Thrive in a fast paced environment, leveraging rapid prototyping, testing, and open creative debate to move ideas into clarity quickly. Experience designing dashboards, & mapping interfaces. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG). Support wider organisation with Product Media.
