Product Designer

A user-centric approach is at the core of the TechOps team’s strategy.Your responsibilities and tasks will include:Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team. Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A/B test design solutions to validate decisionsCreate interactive prototypes, detailed user flows and polished visual designsDesign pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentalsWork closely with Design Lead, Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.Lead and participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. Contribute to the evolution of our Design System to design and update components, design patterns and guidelinesThe minimum we’re looking for (show us what you got if you aren’t a perfect fit):3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI with research, design and validation skills. You have a strong UX focus, and strong visual and interaction design fundamentalsExperience with responsive web and mobile appsDesign System: Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma. Experience with data-driven design decisions and comfortable working with analytics and user metricsAdvanced proficiency with Figma and excellent visual design and interaction design skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale and defend decisions to stakeholdersCritical and design thinking skillsTeam player.
