As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping user experiences that align with our strategic vision, driving the success of our mission to redefine cloud security. If you are a creative and user-focused UX Designer ready to make an impact in a fast-paced and innovative environment, we invite you to become a key contributor to our dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesFeature Design: Create high-quality mocks and flows for new features and improvements, ensuring alignment with Upwind’s design system.Product Collaboration: Work hand in hand with Product Managers to define requirements, validate concepts with customers, and iterate based on feedback.Customer Feedback Loop: Engage with customers through design reviews, usability sessions, and post-launch feedback to ensure the product experience meets real-world needs and continuously evolves based on user input.Development Support: Partner with Frontend engineers throughout implementation - from design handoff to QA and release - providing specs, visual assets, and guidance.Post-Release Insights: Track data and usage after launch to identify learnings and suggest UX or UI improvements.Design Assets & Enablement: Prepare illustrations, icons, animations, and visual materials; support internal presentations.UI Improvements: Continuously refine visual and interaction quality across the platform and suggest enhancements to maintain a consistent, polished experience.Requirements3+ years as a UX Designer, preferably in cybersecurity or data-heavy products.Design Tools - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a portfolio showcasing user-centered designs.Experience in conducting research, usability testing, and turning insights into actionable designs.Familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems for consistency.Ability to work with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams effectively.Basic understanding of web technologies and development processes. Experience in cybersecurity or designing for developers is a plus.A strategic thinker who can balance usability, clarity, and business impact.
