VBET’s mission is to give our customers the best betting and gaming experience in a safe and secure environment.Role OverviewWe're looking for a seasoned Product Designer with a strong product mindset to craft intuitive, engaging, and business-impactful experiences across VBET's web and mobile platforms. This role goes beyond visuals: you'll partner with product and engineering to translate customer needs and business goals into scalable design solutions. You'll own end-to-end design delivery — from discovery and ideation, through UX/UI execution, to validation and iteration —ensuring consistency, usability, and measurable outcomes in every release.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to transform business requirements into designsCreate wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications for web and mobile platformsCreate and support a consistent design system (UI kit first) across products Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to guide design decisionsTogether with Product managers optimise interfaces for conversion, engagement, and retention (journey to target action like bet placement flow, deposit flow, my promotions etc.)Work with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designsTogether with Product managers continuously improve the user journey based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testingRequirements:Proven track record in product design for both web and mobile (5+ years)Proven experience with B2C productsStrong UX and UI design skills with a portfolio of shipped productsProficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)Experience working with and maintaining design systemsSolid understanding of product development lifecycle and agile processesExperience with usability testing, user research, and data-informed designAbility to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraintsFamiliarity with experimentation (A/B testing, feature flags, analytics)Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teamsHiring Process: CV & Portfolio Screening - Interview with the TA Specialist - Test Task - Technical Interview
