Job Description

Responsibilities:Translate complex business requirements and system logic into intuitive user experiences.Define design frameworks and interaction patterns for internal/B2B tools.Drive design strategy that balances user needs, business logic, and technical feasibility.Partner with PMs and Engineers to shape product scope and workflow efficiency.Create information architectures, flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.Build and evolve design systems that scale across multiple internal platforms.Ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across interfaces and teams.Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.Conduct discovery research with internal stakeholders and end users.Run usability tests and collect feedback to refine designs.Use data insights and user behavior patterns to inform design decisions.Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to maintain quality and consistency.Champion design thinking and logic-driven approaches within cross-functional teams.Requirements:5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B or internal system environments.Proven ability to design complex, data-heavy systems with high usability.Strong logical and systems thinking skills — capable of mapping multi-step processes and dependencies.Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience maintaining design systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking for complex tools or platforms.Experience working in agile product teams, collaborating closely with PMs and engineers.Nice to Have:Experience in gaming, tech, or enterprise SaaS environments.Understanding of system workflows such as user management, payment systems, analytics, or admin consoles.Familiarity with data visualization and automation tools.
