You ask questions, explore options, and connect insights to create better solutionsAdaptability: Comfortable working in evolving environments, knowing when to push for excellence and when to move quicklyTools: Strong command of Figma (3+ years of daily use) and familiarity with standard collaboration and research toolsLanguage: Native-level German and fluent English skills for effective collaboration across teamsBackground: Degree, vocational training, or bootcamp in a relevant field – your practical experience matters mostWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
