Product Developer

We’re looking for a Product Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Java Springboot. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software engineering and a solid understanding of DevSecOps practices and a track record of driving product strategy and execution. Candidates must be comfortable working and collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Qualifications:Indonesian citizens only.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of experience in digital industries (FinTech, E-Commerce, WebApps, and Mobile Apps), and in an engineering role.Highly proficient in using Java Spring Boot, Angular, and Native development.Proven ability to create, maintain, and drive product vision and roadmaps aligned with company goals.Demonstrated experience in managing and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.Extensive experience in building and leading highly scalable distributed systems, on-premise or on cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud.Strong software engineering skills.In-depth understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Proven track record of embedding agility in processes and organizational mindset.Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices. Experience in implementing or coaching secure coding, SAST, DAST, OWASP, SANS.Proven experience in leading or implementing initiatives in product, design, planning, engineering, and/or operations.Proven experience in mentoring junior team members.Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive agility in thought and action, ensuring agile principles are embodied.Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and strategies.Ability to coach junior product developers in a wide range of skills, from soft skills such as communication and collaboration to hard skills like business, product, finance, and software engineering.Business acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on analysis.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build strong relationships with non-product and non-tech stakeholders.Requirements: Help define and support the product vision, requirements, and roadmap by leveraging a deep understanding of engineering, design, and business needs.Support the organization’s agile transformation by ensuring agile principles, methodologies, and tools are consistently and effectively applied across teams.Assist leaders in ensuring every decision aligns with the product vision and business needs.Build strong relationships across the organization, balancing the needs of engineering, design, and business.Promote standardization in product development and the use of programming languages across products and features.Ensure agile practices are not only implemented but continuously improved, including assessing and applying best practices as needed.Collaborate with business partners and other stakeholders to identify technical and functional system requirements, set work priorities, and ensure integrated and user-centric design and outcomes.Foster an innovative atmosphere that encourages the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, creative solutions, teamwork, and continuous skill and knowledge development.Help lead reviews and retrospectives, and build a culture of regular feedback and iterative development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions based on established agile frameworks.Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for both new and existing products/features, ensuring system resilience and scalability.Support DevOps methodologies, with an emphasis on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), while maintaining high standards of security and performance.Continuously monitor customer feedback and market changes to ensure the product evolves with market needs.Promote a security-oriented mindset within all teams, and share knowledge on secure coding practices and relevant tools.Communicate transparently and effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage of the product lifecycle.Use strong analytical and business insight to shape and drive the strategic goals of the product and technology teams.Participate in strategic discussions with both product and non-product stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment in goals and strategies.
