You will work closely with the Product Development Director and collaborate with teams across design, production, supply chain, and marketing. This role is perfect for someone organised, technically minded, and motivated by quality craftsmanship and innovation.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day product development activities, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverablesSupport the design, testing, and evaluation of new products, collaborating with internal teams and external partnersOptimise existing products through design, material, or process improvementsGather and analyse product feedback to improve customer experienceMaintain technical documentation, product sheets, and assembly instructionsIdentify opportunities to integrate new technologies and contribute to innovation initiativesYour ProfilePositive, proactive, and curious mindset with strong organisational skillsHands-on, creative thinker with a passion for innovation and sustainabilityMinimum 3 years in product, project, or technical support rolesBackground in product development, manufacturing, or design is an advantageProficient in CAD and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with animation or media creation is a plusStrong technical understanding and an eye for designFluent in English and DanishWhy Join UsAt Juliana Group, you’ll join a purpose-driven, family-owned company with international reach.
