We are talent obsessed and deeply believe that the raw skills of our people, and their collective brilliance is what makes us truly extraordinary! About The RoleAs a Product Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing Gisou’s next iconic innovations to life. From ideation to launch, you’ll work cross-functionally to develop formulas, textures, and experiences that embody the Honey Glow and exceed our community’s expectations.This role is perfect for someone with a can-do mindset, strong ownership, and the agility to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.What You'll DoSupport the end-to-end development of new products and product improvements, with a focus on haircare. Collaborate closely with R&D labs, suppliers, packaging, marketing, creative, and operations to bring concepts to life. Manage testing phases, shade/fragrance evaluations, formula iterations, claims assessments, and sample tracking. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to identify innovation opportunities. Ensure product briefs align with brand vision, consumer insights, and performance standards. Partner with packaging on compatibility, sustainability aspects, and component testing. Monitor timelines and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track. Assist with documentation, regulatory needs, and launch preparation. Who You Are 2 - 4 years of experience in Product Development within the beauty industry (in the haircare industry preferably) Agile, hands-on, and energized by problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. A “can-do” mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, texture, and sensoriality. Passionate about beauty, innovation, and creating products with purpose. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and partners. Curious, resourceful, and always tuned into trends and emerging technologies.What We Offer1 day of remote working per week.
