Product Development Engineer

The Alexander Technology Group is looking for a Product Development Engineer for a client in The Portsmouth, NH area.This is full-time/perm.Must be on-site.Salary: 120-150k (+ equity)The job is for a Product Development Engineer with expertise in electromechanical design for automation . The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in process/automation engineering, focusing on optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing automation, and supporting product development within a quality management system (QMS) and cGMP guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Process Optimization: Improve manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.Automation Implementation: Design and develop automation systems to reduce manual work and increase reliability.Product Development: Collaborate with teams to design products ensuring manufacturability and quality compliance.Quality Management: Ensure compliance with QMS and cGMP guidelines.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams like production, QA, and maintenance.Data Analysis: Monitor processes using data analytics and recommend improvements.Documentation: Maintain detailed process and automation system documentation.Training: Provide training on new processes and technologies.If interested, please send resume to Jpolombo@alexandertg.com
