Product Development Manager

Due to this growth we seek a dynamic Development Manager with strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and complex deadlines. This is a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end development and execution of collections. You will lead the Australian Atelier team and manage the product development lifecycle—from concept through to production handover—ensuring that garments align with brand standards in design, quality, and fit.
