Product Development Specialist

1. Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Management Board to develop and enhance tour products.Conduct surveys of destinations and travel services as required (at least 3 to 4 days per month)Update programs, tour prices, operation processes, and partner lists.Negotiate contracts with suppliers & partners.Provide product information to other departments when needed.Promote responsible and sustainable tourism standards within the company.Maintain and organize product data & documentation.Prepare periodic reports as required.Support other departments upon request from the Management Board.2. RequirementsGeneral requirements:University degree in Tourism / Travel Management or related fields.Experience in a similar role or strong experience in tour sales, tour operator.Experience in sustainable tourism or community projects is a strong advantage.Travel experience in multiple destinations is a plus.Skills:Proficiency in office applications and travel-related software/tools.English: good reading & writing; basic communication.Soft skills:Strong communication & negotiation skills.High sense of responsibility.Ability to learn quickly and adapt.Good time management & proactive working style.3.
