Job Description

Key Responsibilities- Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer validation to ensure products meet market trends and user requirements.- Perform product redevelopment and improvement focusing on technology, design, and functional enhancements.- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to optimize efficiency, performance, and user experience of existing and new products.- Coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturers for sourcing, product testing, and quality standard alignment.- Conduct QC sampling to ensure products comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.- Organize and analyze panelist testing or consumer response studies to gain feedback and insights for further product improvement.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Design, Product Management or related field.- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Product Development, R&D, or Innovation- Strong understanding of the NPD process, from research, design, and prototyping to mass production.- Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across teams.- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).- Innovative, meticulous, proactive, and highly focused on product quality and user needs.
