Our aim is to extend the lifecycle of the product, as our people are able to provide an exceptional level of customer service and support, based on their expertise and professionalism.PharOS is seeking for a Product Development Supervisor (Formulation) as follows:Role descriptionSupervises a team of 3 product development scientists and co-ordinates the relevant product development activitiesActively participates in the formulation development activities of generic and value added pharmaceutical productsEvaluates the data of the formulation trialsPerforms patent review relevant to formulation development aspectsActively participates on-site during technology transfer activitiesPerforms review of documentation and data assessment of manufacturing & process validation activitiesReviews and maintains the technical files of the products under developmentCompiles and reviews relevant documentation intended for the pharmaceutical development module of the dossierMonitors ongoing stability studies, stability protocols and reportsPrepares responses to clients and authorities’ commentsPerforms review of invoices related to the product development activities under their supervisionParticipates in the annual evaluation of the product development scientists under their supervisionPharOS is seeking for a Product Development Scientist (Formulation) as follows:Role descriptionActively participates in the formulation development activities of generic pharmaceutical productsDesigns and co-ordinates the formulation development activitiesEvaluates the data of the formulation trialsPerforms patent review relevant to formulation development aspectsActively participates on-site during technology transfer activitiesPerforms data assessment of manufacturing & process validation activitiesReviews and maintains the technical files of the products under developmentGenerates relevant documentation intended for the pharmaceutical development module of the dossierMonitors ongoing stability studies, stability protocols and reportsExperience & Qualification for both rolesEducation to a postgraduate degree level in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemical Engineering or similar scientific disciplinesKnowledge of ICH guidelines and EU requirements of GMPExcellent English oral communication and scientific writing skillsKnowledge of CTD Dossier Compilation is preferredExperience in the Global Pharmaceutical Development will be favoredIn addition to the above:For the Supervisor position: at least eight (8) years of experience in Formulation research & development of Generic and Value Added Pharmaceutical ProductsFor the Scientist position: at least three (3) years of experience in Formulation research & development of Generic and Value Added Pharmaceutical ProductsPharOS Ltd OffersCompetitive remuneration package (including bonus based on performance)Private Health & Medical Insurance including a 24/7 support LineHybrid work-from-home model (3 days office based and 2 days home based)Daily free transportation from/to the Company’s HQs to nearby public means of transportationCanteen with discounted prices and daily cooked mealsContinuous trainingFriendly and challenging working environmentPharOS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
