In this role you will play a crucial part in managing the lifecycle, requirements, configuration, and roadmap for the solutions in the Electrical Engineering discipline. This role is embedded within the Engineering function, ensuring close collaboration to deliver business relevance. Location is Västerås, Sweden.How You’ll Make An ImpactOversee the lifecycle of Discipline Solutions, ensuring version control, updates, and business continuity. Translate market and engineering needs into Product Requirement Specifications.Maintain and contribute hands-on to the development of Electrical Engineering Solutions. Promote disruptive innovations including leveraging automation to streamline Electrical Engineering processes, and enhance competitiveness.Monitor Electrical Engineering performance in tenders/projects and coordinate feedback-driven improvements across teams. Align with other disciplines and units to maximize solutions. Track updates in design trends, engage with industry forums, and build networks. Provide guidance in tenders/projects and ensure knowledge transfer across global teams. Your BackgroundHold an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or similar experience gained in other business. 10+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, modularization or engineering products, standardization, design tools (E3 Zuken or similar), PDM system (Siemens team center or similar). Strong communication, collaboration and leadership abilities. Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams. Proven experience in product management is highly desirable. Strategic and operational mindset with a focus on business productivity and efficiency. Fluency in English both written and spoken.
