Product Engineer

What You'll DoWe are hiring a hands-on Engineer to help us expand and improve our product line. You'll work across sales, suppliers, and operations to innovate products, improve materials, and solve technical problems for customers.The Role:Design and develop gasket and sealing products for industrial useLead prototyping, testing, and validation of new productsWork with suppliers to source materials and maintain quality standardsBuild and maintain material data, specs, and testing protocolsBe the technical expert for sales teams and customers—answer questions, attend meetings, support quotesTroubleshoot product issues and drive continuous improvementSupport custom product development for specific customer needsWhat You NeedBachelor's in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering2+ years working with rubber, elastomers, polymers, or sealing Understanding of rubber compounding, sealing design, or materials testingExperience with suppliers and manufacturing partnersProficient in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical info clearlyComfortable balancing technical detail with practical solutions
