You will work as a support to specialist and senior specialist product engineers. You will have a broad view on tasks with the responsibility to assist in delegation, communication and coordination.We are a diverse international team with many years of both composite and manufacturing experience. You will be joining an experienced team that collaborates well with one another and supports each other in challenges, solutions, and cross-project ideas.How you will make a meaningful contributionYour key responsibilities include:Managing engineering changes for all products within your assigned projectCollaborating closely with Industrial Engineering to identify and drive product optimization opportunitiesReviewing and structuring product changes originating from production in coordination with relevant stakeholdersTaking technical responsibility for a defined product groupContributing to defect investigation and resolution in partnership with production and quality teamsSupporting process and product walks to evaluate and validate potential improvementsMaintaining a strong dialogue with Program Managers on cost, scheduling, work breakdown structure, and customer communicationActing as engineering lead for production, ensuring proactive support and alignment on project executionBring your world class expertise into playYou are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague who has:Experience (one of the below):An associate degree with 4 years of experience in a related fieldA bachelor degree with no experienceStrong IT and technical competencies, including proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and related toolsBasic experience with 3D modelingStrong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly to an extended leadership groupA basic manufacturing knowledgeA Basic planning and project management skillsetStrong work ethics, reliability, and a high level of integrityAs a person, you are a strong relationship builder who is developing solid stakeholder-management skills in a complex environment.
