Project Managment – Component Engineer (Moving Parts).We are looking for a Communication Manager (Frontend) to coordinate and facilitate communication among all teams involved in the automotive sector (internal and external).Key responsibilities and requirements:Excellent communication skills; ability to connect stakeholders and explain technical issues/details to non-expertsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProactive, cross-disciplinary thinking and actionEffective interaction across departments and with client.Tool knowledge: AVON, TEVON, KVS, CONNECT + Catia, System42Knowledge of Audi VW processesSolid experience in automotive technology, particularly moving components (e.g., wipers, windows, similar) and component managementGood knowledge of moving components, design and manufacturing and acceptance processes, assemblyKnowledge of automotive architectureExperience in defining, deriving, structuring, and managing requirementsProven experience in project, cost, and schedule managementExcellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with a high degree of autonomyAbility to motivate and maximize team members’ performanceStrong crisis-management skills to handle project pressuresGood interpersonal skills to constructively address team members’ weaknessesWillingness to travel frequentlyLanguage skills:German – fluentEnglish – fluentItalian – beneficial for integration and communication
