Job Description

As the Product Evangelist, you are the primary commercial accelerator responsible for translating the power of Tellent HR Manage and Grow (including Journeys) into signed revenue. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that acts as the commercial bridge between our Product and Sales organizations. You will be held directly accountable for achieving an ARR growth target and must possess the commercial acumen required to win complex B2B deals. Sales & demo focus (approx. 30%)Lead all high-stakes product demonstrations for Tellent HR Manage and Grow, specializing in articulating Return on Investment (ROI) and directly addressing complex customer objections.Act as the expert Solution Consultant in late-stage deals, collaborating with Account Executives to maximize win rates on bundles and new customer acquisition.Provide direct sales coaching on effective discovery, compelling product storytelling, and competitive counter-messaging during customer interactions.Own the development and maintenance of demo environments that showcase maximum value to our target ICP. Sales enablement & positioning (approx. 30%)Design, deliver, and own all sales enablement content including battle cards, talk tracks, value frameworks, and pitch decks.Drive positioning of Tellent HR Manage and Grow in the market, overseeing updates to the website, sales-facing content, and internal training to ensure maximum commercial clarity.Build a GTM strategy focused on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring all efforts are geared towards revenue generation from cross-sell to the Recruitee install base and new deals.Enable partnership leads and partners on how to drive qualified referral leads and effectively co-sell/cross-sell. Product Expertise & Strategy (approx. 40%)Serve as the voice of the sales team and customer / prospect to the Tellent HR Product Manager, prioritizing the product feedback loop based on market commercial necessity and deal-breaking requirements.Own the competitive intelligence analysis.Report on GTM progress, focusing on key sales-pipeline metrics to the steering committee.The profile we’re looking for:We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategically-minded leader who thrives at the intersection of product, sales and marketing. A natural storyteller with a deep understanding of the HR technology landscape.Key competencies & experience:Go-to-Market Leadership: Proven experience building and executing sales-focused GTM strategies from the ground up, with a direct, measurable track record of contributing to ARR growth.Product expertise & evangelism: a strong track record of becoming the subject matter expert (SME) for a B2B SaaS product and effectively communicating its value proposition and competitive differentiators to internal teams, partners, and customers.Cross-Functional driver: ability to influence, enable, and align distributed teams (especially Sales, Product, and Partnerships) to remove commercial roadblocks and accelerate deals.Sales acumen & support: experience engaging in the sales process, including conducting joint discovery sessions, delivering impactful demos, and providing direct support to the sales team on high-value deals.Strategic & analytical thinking: The capacity to quickly understand market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to define a clear Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and refine the product feedback loop with the Product Manager.Data-Driven accountability: highly disciplined and organized, with a focus on defining, tracking, and reporting on key GTM and ARR metrics to senior leadership.What We OfferA pivotal role reporting directly to General Manager BeneluxCompetitive compensation packageA dynamic, ambitious and international working environment€1,500 annual training budget plus internal trainingPension plan, travel reimbursement and wellness perks28 paid holiday days + 2 additional wellness days to relax in 2025Work from anywhere for 4 weeks/yearApple MacBook and toolsAbout TellentTellent is a leading Talent Management Suite designed to empower HR & People teams across the entire employee journey.
