Product Executive

Job DescriptionPossess a strong understanding of products and markets, and work strategically to drive sales growth.Serve as the primary source of knowledge for the sales team regarding intensive training on products, clinical data, and sales strategies.Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and understand physician needs.Develop annual marketing plans for each product and promotional strategies.Create and update promotional materials for the sales team.Prepare product performance and marketing activity reports for management.Regularly accompany the sales team to visit physicians to obtain direct feedback from them.Requirements Bachelor or post-graduate degree in Pharmacy Min 3 years having experience as a Product Executive in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in dermatology, is an added advantage Willingness to conduct visits and presentations to customers or HCPs.Willingness to provide training to the sales team and other customers.Able to collaborate and coordinate well with other teams and departments, including the Marketing team, sales team, and/or other related departments.Disciplined, creative, and innovative.Fluent in Indonesian and English.This role will be located in Jakarta (Halim Perdana Kusuma).
