Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and curious Product Growth Analyst to help accelerate product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth. The Product Growth Analyst will work closely with product managers, marketers, and data teams to uncover insights that drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization. This role requires a balance of analytical rigor, business strategy, and creativity to turn data into actionable growth opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze user behavior, funnel performance, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for product growthDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as activation rates, engagement, retention, and churnConduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product features, pricing, and marketing initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize growth loops, onboarding flows, and engagement strategiesUse data modeling and segmentation to identify high-value customer segments and user cohortsTranslate complex data insights into clear recommendations for product, marketing, and leadership teamsSupport the development of forecasting models and predictive analyses to anticipate growth trendsPartner with product and engineering teams to define data tracking requirements and ensure accurate measurementContinuously monitor performance metrics to identify early indicators of growth opportunities or risksStay up to date with market trends, growth strategies, and emerging analytics toolsQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related fieldAdvanced degree preferred but not requiredExperience2–5 years of experience in product analytics, growth, or data analysisProven experience using data to inform strategic business or product decisionsExperience working in technology, SaaS, or consumer digital products preferredSkillsStrong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in SQL and ExcelExperience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or HeapFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or LookerUnderstanding of experimentation design, A/B testing, and statistical analysisExcellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearlyDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of product management and user lifecycle metricsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with large datasets and scripting languages such as Python or RUnderstanding of growth frameworks and metrics such as AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue)Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platformsPrior experience collaborating with cross-functional growth or product teamsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits401(k) plan with company matchGenerous paid time off and flexible work arrangementsA collaborative, innovative environment where data and creativity drive product success
