Product Intern (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining and optimizing the Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Books, Inventory, etc.)Support internal requests by handling ticket submissions and performing minor module customizationsAttend stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and provide system-related feedbackQuery databases using SQL to generate reports, extract data insights, or support dashboard creationParticipate in product management activities such as feature documentation and workflow analysisLearn and develop consulting skills by understanding user needs and translating them into actionable solutionsRequirement and Qualifications:Active student or recent graduate from Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering majorFamiliar with database concepts and able to write basic SQL queriesStrong logical thinking and problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn new business applications, especially Zoho productsGood communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical stakeholdersHas a basic understanding of product management principles and software development lifecycleSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team
