This is a role of immense strategic impact where you'll define the "what" and "why" behind the product our customers use every day. You will have significant ownership over the product's direction, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals to shape the future of Expanly.Your mission: translate our company vision into a world-class product that customers love and that drives sustainable business growth. With our recent funding accelerating our global expansion, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap that captures new markets and solidifies our position as a category leader. You will immerse yourself in our "Build-Measure-Learn" cycle, leading the discovery process, prioritizing the backlog, and working hand-in-hand with our engineering team to turn validated ideas into elegant features.This is a rare opportunity to shape a product from an early stage without the constraints of legacy systems. You will be instrumental in defining not just the product, but the product culture at Expanly for years to come.You will report directly to our co-founder and CTO, Samuel Backman. Samuel has been building software since 2012, progressing from developer to technology director at companies like Qvik and Mavericks Software. He provides the deep technical expertise key to building a scalable and robust product, and is focused on creating an engineering culture of ownership, excellence, and pragmatism.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a customer-obsessed and data-informed product leader with a passion for solving complex problems and a track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS products.Your Experience & Skills:Product Management Mastery: You have significant experience in the full product lifecycle, from discovery and user research to defining requirements, launching features, and iterating based on feedback.Customer-Centricity: You are the client's champion. You have proven experience turning customer interviews, user feedback, and market insights into a clear, prioritized product backlog.Data-Informed Decision Making: You are adept at using both qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions, measure success, and communicate outcomes to the wider team.Agile & Scrum Fluency: You have deep experience working within a Scrum framework, collaborating closely with engineering teams to plan sprints and deliver value iteratively.Exceptional Stakeholder Communication: You excel at communicating clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organization.
