Join us and be part of a team that is redefining industry standards while making a meaningful impact on global trade and sustainability.Position Overview : We are looking for Product Lead to support and align with PM's strategies and keeping track of development activities and progress.ResponsibilitiesOwn product features from ideation to launchTranslate requirements into actionable user stories & designResponsible for product delivery prioritization & timelineBridge business requirements & technical solutioningFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholdersMonitor adoption, usage and performance metrics for own product areasProvide regular progress updates, risks and recommendations to the PMRequirementsBachelors degree (S1) in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Engineering) 3-5 years of experience in product management, solutions delivery, project management or related roles Hands-on experience managing product features, releases, or roadmapsStrong skills in Agile/Scrum practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!)Analytical mindset with ability to interpret product and user dataDisclaimerMeratus is committed to ethical hiring practices.
