The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at translating market trends and customer insights into innovative product solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our restaurant technology offerings, enhancing customer experiences, and driving Clover’s business growth.What you will do:Develop a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Clover’s overall goals and objectives.Define a clear vision for the evolution of our restaurant technology products, encompassing digital ordering, table management, payment systems, and more.Identify emerging trends and technological advancements in the restaurant industry to stay ahead of the competition.Lead and inspire a cross-functional product team, including product managers, designers, product marketers, and engineers.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development.Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and features.Communicate product updates, timelines, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
