About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Listing & Data Specialist to join our growing team! You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate and competitive product information across multiple systems, supporting our product analysts, and ensuring smooth catalog operations.Key Responsibilities:Perform SKU mapping across systems (UHS ↔ KI) to ensure product alignment.Execute price updates in master files based on vendor changes and internal margin goals.Collect and input competitive pricing data using Price Mole or manual research.Maintain and update spreadsheets with key product details such as MPN, AKG SKU, cost, and margin.Identify missing data or discrepancies and flag issues for review.Assign correct brands, categories, tags, and filters to improve product visibility.Support the Product Analysts and Product Leads with data validation and reporting tasks.Qualifications:✅ Proven experience in Product Listing (preferably in e-commerce or ERP environments).✅ Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables).✅ Experience with Price Mole and familiarity with NetSuite is an advantage.✅ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with large datasets.✅ Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes, stay organized, and meet deadlines.✅ Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.What We Offer:✨ Competitive compensation package: ₱23,000/month (probationary)✨ Opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team✨ Exposure to global e-commerce systems and data tools✨ Growth and development opportunities after the probationary period📅 Shift: Night Shift📄 Employment Type: Probationary📍 Location: Antipolo or Ortigas💡 Ready to join us?If you’re passionate about data accuracy, process efficiency, and product management — we’d love to hear from you!
