Use market research, client feedback, and data analytics to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.Product Ownership: Manage and prioritize the product backlog for the agile development squad, translating the product vision into epics, user stories, and actionable tasks.Requirements Definition: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine detailed business and technical requirements, ensuring user stories clearly communicate customer needs to the development team.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and clients. Manage expectations and communicate product progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.Client Experience Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach by conducting user research and gathering client feedback to drive product enhancements. Ensure the end-to-end user experience is intuitive, efficient, and valuable.Securities Services Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of the securities services industry, including post-trade processes like settlement and clearing, to inform product decisions and identify digital opportunities.Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success teams on product launch and adoption strategies, providing product expertise and conducting demos.Performance Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and inform data-driven prioritization decisions.Your Skills And ExperienceExtensive 10+ years’ experience in product management and hands-on product ownership within the financial services industry.Proven track record of developing digital products and platforms, particularly client-facing channels.Deep knowledge of the securities services business.Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.Extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including managing product backlogs and writing user stories.A "digital-first" mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to solve client problems and improve the user experience.Experience with AI tools and platforms, and ability to apply them in product development or client solutions.Good experience in Securities Services (Custody/Fund Services)Strong communication and analytical skillsExcellent organization and time management skills with the ability to drive tasks to conclusion independentlySolution orientated individual who can break down complex tasks into deliveriesYour qualificationIndustry experience or a relevant degree from a reputed instituteHow We’ll Support YouTraining and development to help you excel in your careerCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needsAbout Us And Our TeamsPlease visit our company website for further information:https://www.db.com/company/company.htmlWe strive for a culture in which we are empowered to excel together every day.
