Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.As a Product Management Intern, you will work on project-based assignments and partner closely with your manager or senior team members through each stage of the product lifecycle. This role is a great fit if you are excited about learning the product development process, deepening your understanding of customer needs, and contributing to meaningful initiatives that shape the business.This internship is designed for first-year MBA students who want to gain hands-on experience in product development, market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.This is a 16 week internship program.In This Role, You WillSupport product initiatives through project-based assignments with manager guidancePrioritize and execute tasks to move features or projects forward on timePartner with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure alignmentConduct market research and customer analysis to inform product decisionsShare updates, findings, and recommendations with your manager and stakeholdersTake ownership of well-defined deliverables, ensuring quality and accountabilityPlease Apply IfEducation: you are a first-year MBA student with a strong interest in pursuing a career in product managementYou bring 2–5 years of prior work or internship experience, ideally in technology, consulting, operations, or related fieldsAnalytical mindset: you are analytical, structured, and comfortable working with ambiguityCollaboration skills: you communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating in a team environmentCuriosity and drive: you are eager to learn the product development process and apply it to real business challengesStrong PreferenceHave prior exposure to software development, design thinking, marketplace dynamics, or product lifecycle managementAre comfortable with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or analytics platforms)Demonstrate leadership and the ability to influence without authorityShow a passion for building products that improve customer experiencesThere are a variety of factors that go into determining a compensation range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
