Product Manager - Bill Pay Mobile (12 Mth FTC)

We believe technology is only as powerful as the people using it to create a better tomorrow:Role Purpose:The Product Manager is a critical role within the Bill Pay team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle and development of a suite of products including; internet security, premium SMS and annual plans for our MBB product proposition.You will be a customer champion and use, research, data and insights to evolve our product portfolio. Working with our delivery and technology teams you will help build and deliver new products and product upgrades to the market. You will also work closely with external vendors and Vodafone Group to align Vodafone Ireland product delivery plan with the overall Mobile strategy. You will be track and be responsible for commercial performance, reporting for your products and where necessary complete invoicing and account statements. For this you will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail, be highly structured in your approach & have a passion for working with and communicating with others.Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:Lead strategy and develop roadmap for new product development and existing product enhancement. Work with Go-To-Market team to position our products to customers clearly.Work closely with external vendors to manage relationships to build commercial success.Set targets and manage the commercial performance of our products, taking initiative to seize opportunities and mitigate risks.Carry out monthly commercial reporting on KPIs and complete monthly invoicing and reconciliation.You are a subject matter expert and are on hand for Product related queries on Digital performance, CX, Legal and Reg.Present to key stakeholders demonstrating strong customer and commercial insight and an ability to inform and influence stakeholders to achieve objectives. We Are Looking For You, If You Have:EssentialMinimum 3 years’ experience with a focus on proposition ideation, product design & development.An understanding of the macro environment, competitor landscape in products such as Internet Security, Charge To Bill, Premium SMS and Mobile Broadband.Experience working cross functionally & delivering on time and under pressure.Experience in working in fast changing marketing environment.Education to a degree level or highly relevant compensating work experience; previous telecommunications / other services industry marketing experience advantageous.Strong attention to detail, planning and organisational skills.Excellent communications & presentation skills (written & verbal).DesirablePrevious experience in dealing with external vendors.Strong skills across analysis, problem solving and attention to detail.Previous Experience working to Agile Principles and Practises.Demonstratable through experience; ability to influence & steer.When choosing us……….When you join the Vodafone Team, you will have the chance to grow your career while also experiencing some serious benefits!
