You will help deploy flexibility across the energy system, and by doing so, you will help keep the grid stable and help the integration of more renewable energy sources.Job DescriptionAs a Product Manager, you will focus on developing our platform, enabling new valorisation services that can be used by our asset owners to get the most out of their flex.You will be part of the Product Team and the Market Feature Team. The Market Feature Team is a cross-functional team that includes developers. The goal of the Market Feature Team is to make sure our diverse portfolio of assets can be realisedIn this role, you will collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Developers and Portfolio Managers across Flexcity and external parties. Your responsibilities will include:Product Development - 50%Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needsDefine and maintain product requirements for (i) new grid services or valorisation access and (ii) platform improvements to make it scalableCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery and technical feasibilityCoordinate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences for internal tools and clientsProduct Discovery 25 %Build deep knowledge of the business, industry data and customersConduct market research and competitive analysis in the energy technology space, including new valorisation vectors such as Intra-day, congestion, and SaaS solutionsProject Implementation 25 % Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycleManage product launches and interact with clients/partners Monitor project timelines and milestonesShare expertise on flexibility cross teamsQualificationsFluent in English, French or Dutch being a strong plusRigour and analytical skillsProduct management expertiseTeam player with a “can do”- mentalityWants to build/create a productWants to work in a scale-up-like mannerPassionate about the energy transitionCan think strategically Additional InformationAs an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and gives equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination.
