Product Manager– Healthcare Data SolutionsDriving Innovation in Data-Driven Healthcare MarketingPosition SummaryHealthLink Dimensions, a rapidly expanding provider of healthcare data solutions, is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive innovation in our data-centric products and programmatic marketing solutions. This client-facing role is pivotal in advancing our portfolio through strategic use of analytics platforms (such as Tableau or equivalent), SQL, and collaborative expertise across Sales, Data, and Product teams. The successful candidate will foster strategic partnerships, deliver actionable insights, and ensure our offerings remain at the cutting edge of healthcare marketing and data enablement.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product roadmap for healthcare data and programmatic marketing solutions. Drive adoption, engagement, and retention of HealthLink Dimensions’ data products among key partners and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Client Success, Marketing Data, and Engineering—to deliver impactful solutions. Support internal training and enablement on data tools and programmatic concepts for team members. Lead initiatives to integrate advanced analytics and data visualization (Tableau or equivalent) into product strategy and client deliverables. Utilize SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting to inform product decisions and client recommendations. Research and identify market opportunities, communicating product strategy to internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with data companies, agencies, and technology providers. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, CCPA, GDPR), and emerging technologies relevant to healthcare and marketing. Assist in the production of project proposals and documentation for clients. Champion best practices and innovative thinking to improve team output and product quality. Design long-term goals to ensure HealthLink Dimensions’ offerings remain relevant and competitive. Contribute to multichannel integrated digital marketing solutions, collaborating with email deployment and data teams. Skills and CompetenciesHands-on experience with Tableau or equivalent BI/analytics platforms for data visualization and reporting. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, extraction, and manipulation. Experience working in or with data companies, especially in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital marketing environments (preferred). Understanding of programmatic and social media industry concepts and trends (preferred). Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities. Ability to educate and communicate clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Awareness of relevant regulatory standards for marketing communications. Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivation and a desire to continuously learn and adapt. Qualifications / RequirementsBachelor’s degree in analytics, engineering, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or programmatic marketing. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau (or equivalent) and SQL. Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital marketing industry preferred. Demonstrated success working with teams to develop and launch data-driven products.Located in Atlanta or Northeast preferred
