About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our Healthcare SaaS platform used by clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. You will drive product vision, execution, and continuous improvement to ensure our solutions solve real problems for healthcare providers while meeting compliance and industry standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance—to build products that are intuitive, reliable, and impactful in real-world clinical workflows. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with company goals and healthcare industry trends. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, gaps, and competitive differentiators. Translate healthcare provider needs into clear product requirements and actionable initiatives. Execution & Delivery Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation, scoping, and prioritisation to launch and iteration. Develop detailed PRDs, feature specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-team alignment. Customer & Stakeholder Management Work with exec, operations and customer-facing teams to gather insights and validate solutions. Use data, user feedback, and analytics to measure impact and guide product decisions.Communicate product status, updates, and releases to internal and external stakeholders. Compliance & Quality Ensure product features meet healthcare regulatory and security requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PHI handling, data protection). Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to maintain product integrity and trustworthiness. Qualifications Must-Haves 3–5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology. Understanding of SaaS delivery models, client onboarding processes, and release cycles. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, EMR/EHR systems, or clinical operations. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, documentation, and project-management skills. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools. Ability to translate complex healthcare needs into simple, intuitive product experiences. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a global, cross-functional team environment. Nice-to-Haves Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience supporting multiple SaaS products or modules. Familiarity with software testing practices and tools (manual or automated). Experience working with PREMs and PROMs related initiatives. Experience working with HIPAA-compliant platforms. Exposure to API integrations, interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), or clinical data systems. Background in UX/UI thinking or CX research. Technical fluency (engineering collaboration, reading API docs, etc.). What You’ll Gain Exposure to diverse SaaS product portfolios and end-to-end product operations. Hands-on experience with client onboarding, testing, and release coordination. Mentorship and collaboration opportunities with experienced product managers. A foundation for growth into future roles in product management or operations. Full time WFH setup. Freelance setup Competitive salary packages.
