About the Role:Design and execute comprehensive strategic plans, followed by in‑depth ROI evaluations highlighting key insights and impactful outcomes.Track sales performance meticulously and deliver multi‑angle sales analyses, providing clear insights and recommended actions to drive results.Develop the annual business forecast, aligning closely with brand strategic direction and integrating commercial teams’ feedback for optimal relevance.Partner seamlessly with both local and regional teams to ensure strong support, alignment, and excellence in all novelty launches and major campaigns.Cultivate strong cross‑functional collaboration with Boutiques, Training, Communication, and Operations teams to maximize timepiece visibility, brand desirability, and commercial potential in the market.Elevate in‑boutique expertise by transmitting rich product knowledge and nurturing an engaged and educated watch‑enthusiast community.Maintain a deep understanding of the timepiece competitive landscape, identifying emerging opportunities and potential challenges for the brand.About the Candidate:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.5 years of experience in product management, preferably in luxury goods or high-end consumer products.Strong understanding of the timepiece industry, including design trends, technologies, and consumer behavior.Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.Passionate in luxury timepieces and an appreciation for fine craftsmanship.If you are ready for above, pls share your CV to calvin.wan @ ambition.com.hk
