You’ll play a key role in transforming user needs and business objectives into impactful, user-centered features that make a real difference on the factory floor.In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — from design and engineering to product marketing — to ensure smooth execution, high product quality, and measurable outcomes. You’ll combine strong analytical skills, user empathy, and execution focus to continuously improve the experience and value our products deliver to manufacturers around the world.You will be responsible for:Drive feature execution: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of your module or features — from discovery and design to delivery and iteration.Prioritize effectively: Define and manage the roadmap and backlog, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact.Understand users: Conduct research and gather feedback to identify pain points, validate hypotheses, and improve user satisfaction.Use data to inform decisions: Leverage analytics tools to track adoption, usage, and success metrics; adjust plans based on insights.Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with engineering, design, and product marketing to ensure clear communication, alignment, and smooth delivery.Monitor market context: Stay informed about customer workflows, competitors, and industry trends to refine priorities and support product positioning.Ensure quality and impact: Oversee releases to maintain product standards, user experience quality, and measurable business outcomes.What you bring to the table:Industry Knowledge: Experience in the manufacturing sector is required, with a strong understanding of industrial workflows, operational challenges, and digital transformation context.Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in product management within the digital technology sectorLanguage Skills: Full professional proficiency in French and English.Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana), and basic principles of UX/UI design.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and make decisions based on the insights obtained.Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and motivating a team.Leadership: Ability to guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting a collaborative work environment.Customer Orientation: Strong empathy for users and an ability to translate their needs into innovative features.What we offer:Dynamic and collaborative work environment.A generous vacation policy starting on your first day.Hybrid work policy - Work from the office one day a week if you live within a 40km radius to our Quebec City office or a 15 km radius to our Montreal office.100% remote work if you do not live within the radiuses mentioned above.A truly flexible schedule that allows you to adapt your work hours.Group insurance from day one (dental, medication, disability, travel, etc.) with employer contributions, including access to telemedicine and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).A retirement savings plan with employer contributions.A MacBook Pro and a $500 home office allowance upon hiring.Tasty snacks available at all times in our offices (fresh fruits, snacks, pastries, coffee, tea, etc.)Generous referral bonus.The tools, support, and opportunities you need to keep learning and progressing in your career.Certain benefits are exclusively accessible to employees in Canada.Want to learn more about our culture?
