Product Manager - SPX Express

Job DescriptionLead and manage a full sub-function or domain within the team, including coaching and performance management of team members.Serve as the primary decision-maker for domain-specific priorities, roadmap alignment, and cross-team escalations.Own delivery and governance of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives and drive resolutions for operational blockers.Actively shape team strategy, resourcing plans, and operating processes in collaboration with the Manager.Guide the team in navigating ambiguity, structuring complex problem statements, and breaking them into executable workstreams.Foster a high-performance team culture, ensuring clarity of roles, upskilling, and continuous feedback.Develop product roadmap, prioritise and manage user expectations.Provide support for the users, work with regional product team to troubleshoot the issuesProject manage product solutions from scratch and prepare the necessary rolloutsRequirementsProven 3-4 work experience in product management or as a Project ManagerExperience in managing a product through the whole lifecycle / end-to-end of a projectSkilled at working effectively and communicating with cross functional teams across the organisationStrong problem solving skills and out of the box thinkingAbility to present complex ideas and solutions in a structured mannerTechnical background with understanding of software development (not required but a plus)
