As a lifestyle company we ensure that everybody working here has a fantastic time, which is why we’ve earned the Great Place to Work Certification for 4 years!Role Overview The Talent Community Administrator is responsible for driving Talent Community member engagement, supporting the optimization of training pathways (pre- and post-hire), and enhancing the overall experience within the Job Duck Talent Community — from Candidates preparing for placement to Staffers advancing in their careers.This role oversees the Talent Community’s product roadmap and operational performance, ensuring seamless integration across all systems while defining the community’s vision, strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives. Through cross-functional collaboration, this role elevates Community member quality, readiness, and long-term success while aligning all Community efforts with broader organizational goals.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Overseeing daily operations of the Talent Community, ensuring adherence to SOPs and identifying opportunities for optimization.Maintaining and updating contact lists across different platformsManaging tagging and segmentation of Community members based on engagement, activity, and trainingEnsuring accuracy and alignment of data across all systemsTracking and analyzing all systems’ metrics, usage, and trends to improve funnel performance and identify growth opportunitiesAnalyzing, interpreting and presenting performance reports to support strategic decisionsDefining and communicating the Talent Community’s product vision, goals, and roadmapConducting market research and collecting feedback from Community members to uncover needs, gaps, and opportunitiesDeveloping and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with business prioritiesWriting clear product requirements and user stories for system features, enhancements, and workflowsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product improvementsMonitoring product performance and iterating features based on data insights and Community member feedbackActing as the voice of Community members throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring all enhancements support engagement, readiness, and satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For:At least two years of experience managing small-scale, cross-functional projectsBackground in recruitment, HR operations, or talent developmentStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesFamiliarity with ERP, ATS, LMS, SIS, or CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) systems and experience managing talent communitiesKnowledge of career development programs or competency-based learning modelsExperience in product roadmap planning and user-centered design principlesReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
